The fun and engaging week-long activity for primary schools has been built to make pupils experience first-hand the importance of walking to school. Children will be well on their way to reaching their recommended 60 minutes minimum of physical activity per day before even reaching the school gates! Not only will it set them up for a positive day in the classroom, but it will also help create healthy habits for life.
Pyjamarama is all about getting children excited about reading, and fundraising to make sure every child gets their bedtime story. We are going to be enjoying a range of reading activities throughout the day: reading, enjoying and sharing stories, all in the comfort of our pyjamas. We ask for a donation to BookTrust to help all children have access to stories and to reading
Children will be taking part in NSPCC Number day – enjoying a range of number based activities both in the classroom and outdoors.
School will be closed to Children on Thursday 6th March – as school will be a local polling station.
